In order to reach your personal health and fitness goals, the Thibodaux Regional Fitness Center offers a variety of personal training options. You can exercise one-on-one or in pairs with a certified personal trainer.
What makes our personal trainers unique is all of our fitness professionals have a four-year degree in exercise science, so you know you are getting proper advice. They will customize your workouts using various strategies to ensure safe and effective progress. You will receive both instruction & encouragement from your trainer to help you reach your goals.
April Fitness Pro of the Month: Terrell Lagarde, CPT
Terrell received his Bachelors of Exercise Science degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is Certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. After college, Terrell went on to play professional basketball for the ABA. He believes that the years that he spent as an athlete have shaped the style and intensity of his workout sessions. He has worked with a broad range of populations from young athletes to regular clients just seeking help with weight loss.
