An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

Improve flexibility, proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Let the water serve as postural support and provide gentle resistance to movement which eases strain on tender joints and gently develop muscle strength. All levels invited.
