An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday and Friday, repeating indefinitely

Improve flexibility, proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Let the water serve as postural support and provide gentle resistance to movement which eases strain on tender joints and gently develop muscle strength. All levels invited.

  • Aqua classes have a maximum capacity of 20 participants per class to accommodate social distancing.
  • Reservation needed to attend. Reserve your class time up to 48 hours in advance by calling the Fitness Center Member Services Desk at 985-493-4950.
