BACK TO SCHOOL BODY PUMP

Got the back to school blues? Shake it off with BODY PUMP! A total body workout using light to moderate weights that will help you get lean, toned and fit – fast. Moves and techniques will be coached through motivational instructors and amazing music. All levels invited.  Please arrive early to set up your station.
