This class is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact.  Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn nearly 700 calories in each class.  Zero experience needed.  Let your instructor lead you through an energetic class, packed with charged music.

  • Please remember to follow the protocols sent to you via email & found on our website
  • Mask must be worn at all times
  • Remember to clean off your equipment
  • All classes will follow 6ft physical distancing guidelines
