An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

A class for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.  Using light to moderate weights with LOTS of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.  Instructors coach you through moves and techniques, while offering encouragement and motivation to amazing music.  You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated.
