An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating indefinitely

A class for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.  Using light to moderate weights with LOTS of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.  Instructors coach you through moves and techniques, while offering encouragement and motivation to amazing music.  You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated.

  • Please remember to follow the protocols sent to you via email & found on our website
  • Mask must be worn at all times
  • Remember to clean off your equipment
  • All classes will follow 6ft physical distancing guidelines
