An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until September 13, 2019

This exciting program will feature a combination of HIIT training, circuit training with weights, and intense cardio. This will keep the body in  shocked state, which will rev-up metabolism and help develop lean muscle. This program is suitable for anyone trying to revamp your existing routine.  Want to maximize results? Add individualized nutrition services with a Registered Dietician/Sports & Fitness Nutritionist at a discounted rate of $25.
