An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely

A more gentle approach to yoga for those uneasy with holding positions or not sure of their balance.  We will provide multiple modifications with chairs to make sure your practice is not only effective, but safe.  A soft and great introduction for the seasoned community, anyone with physical limitations or recovering from an injury.
