EXPRESS LES MILLS BODY ATTACK

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class that combines athletic moves like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats to strengthen and tone your entire body. Just starting out? You can adjust your BODY ATTACK workout to your current fitness level. One of the best things about BODY ATTACK is it improves your functional fitness – the fitness that you need for everyday life.

  • Please remember to follow the protocols sent to you via email & found on our website
  • Mask must be worn at all times
  • Remember to clean off your equipment
  • All classes will follow 6ft physical distancing guidelines
