An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Wednesday, repeating until March 6, 2019

A class with stretching, balance, dance and timeless music.  We use balls, bands and a chair to gain strength, flexibility and agility. Never expect the same thing each week...shaking things up is the best approach to staying fit forever! Join us to keep our bodies moving well into our golden years.
