An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely

This medium intensity aqua workout includes cardio, toning, and stretching using a variety of pool equipment. Build strength and increase your cardiovascular fitness with little impact!

  • Aqua classes have a maximum capacity of 20 participants per class to accommodate social distancing.
  • Reservation needed to attend. Reserve your class time up to 48 hours in advance by calling the Fitness Center Member Services Desk at 985-493-4950.
