BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class that combines athletic moves like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats to strengthen and tone your entire body. Just starting out? Our instructors give you low-impact options to tailor each workout to your fitness level. One of the best things about BODYATTACK is it improves your functional fitness – the fitness that you need for everyday life. Please remember to follow the protocols sent to you via email & found on our website. Masks must be worn at all times. Remember to clean off your equipment. All classes will follow 6 ft physical distancing guidelines.
