Making Waves while making a difference on your health! We bring high-energy and low-impact interval training to the water using various floats for resistance. This aquatics class is a total body workout aiming to increase your strength, flexibility and improve body toning. All levels are invited.
- Aqua classes have a maximum capacity of 13 participants per class to accommodate social distancing.
- Reservation needed to attend. Reserve your class time up to 48 hours in advance by calling the Fitness Center Member Services Desk at 985-493-4950.
- Reservation lanyards should be picked up for each confirmed reservation 15 minutes prior to class start time and given to the instructor at the beginning of each class. If the lanyard is not picked up 15 minutes prior to the start time, it will be awarded to individuals in order on the wait list.
- Masks should be worn to and from the pool.
