Stretch. Relax. Meditate.  Being mindful means being present in whatever you’re doing.  It’s a challenge but has an important place in our well-being.   Learn how you can support your New Year’s fitness and mindfulness practice with a sample of gentle yoga asanas (poses), long relaxation, and short meditation.
