An event every week that begins at 6:00 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely

A low-impact class that combines the benefits of both Pilates and yoga to create a long, lean, defined physique.  In the event of inclement weather, class will take place in the Group Exercise Studio.

  • Please remember to follow the protocols sent to you via email & found on our website.
  • Mask must be worn at all times while inside the building. Once you enter the outdoor courtyard, you may remove your mask.
  • Class will follow 10ft physical distancing guidelines.
