Our PYT (Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi) Class is like no other! This graceful combination of three fitness styles will give you a balanced workout to help you tone & strengthen your entire body. PYT is primarily a Pilates & Yoga class with a little bit of Tai Chi sprinkled in. Come ready to stretch, work, and sweat as you use your own body weight as resistance in this fun and powerful workout! We will end each class calming our bodies & relaxing, so we can face the rest of the day with clarity.
