An event every week that begins at 8:40 am on Tuesday, repeating until December 31, 2019

A low-impact class that combines the benefits of both Pilates and yoga to create a long, lean, defined physique. This is a mat class. We do provide mats, but encourage you to bring your own. All levels are invited.
