POP-UP STEP INTERVAL

An intermediate class that combines basic step moves to increase cardiovascular conditioning combined with barbells and free weights to increase lean muscle. This class alternates basic step sequences to increase heart rate combined with short sets of targeted muscle strengthening exercises to improve muscle tone using barbell and fee weights. Class ends with core strengthening exercises for the abdominal and lower back muscles.
