An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely

Inspired by the teachings of Baron Baptiste, these Power Yoga instructors will guide you through various sequences of poses that will help ignite your inner fire, leave you feeling empowered, while still allowing you to get in a great workout!! Room temperatures are raised for this class to promote inner heat and flexibility. Mats are provided, but we recommend bringing your own. All levels welcome.
