An event every week that begins at 6:15 pm on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely

A powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.  You will find strength, as well as mental clarity to end your day. Mats are provided, but we do encourage members to bring their own. All levels invited.
