An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Saturday, repeating indefinitely

A cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints.  Tune in to some great music and get your pedals spinning through hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding.  You control your resistance and speed, allowing you to create a personal workout. All levels invited, but please arrive early to grab a bike and receive proper bike setup.
