Ready to shake up your fitness routine? This energetic class will strengthen your muscles and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Your lively instructor will lead you though a full-body workout using a variety of equipment and cardio moves, such as weights balls, resistance bands, and dance. Never expect the same thing each week…shaking things up is the best approach to staying fit forever!
