- 7:45 am-8: 30 am: Les Mills BODYPUMP in the gym
- 7:45 am-8: 15 am: Les Mills Sprint in the cycle studio
- 8:45 am- 9:15 am: Les Mills BODYATTACK in the gym
- 9:30 am- 10:00 am: Les Mills CXWORK in the gym
- 10:15 am – 10:45 am: Les Mills BODYCOMBAT in the gym
- 11:00 am- 11:45 am: Les Mills RPM in the cycle studio
