An event every week that begins at 9:15 am on Tuesday, repeating until November 26, 2019

Flowing fitness class of beginners Chinese Qigong and Tai Chi exercises.  Non to low impact standing exercises.  Learn the 8 Brocades of Chinese Qigong healing exercises and basic movements of Tai Chi Chuan in a slow to medium paced flowing, peaceful exercise class.  Gain physical and mental balance, reduce stress, gain flexibility and mobility to stiff joints.  Numerous health benefits, injury and illness prevention.
