An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until May 26, 2021

COME ON IN!  THE WATER IS FINE! This aqua class will build cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility.  It is easy on the joints and suitable for every age and fitness level.  You will have fun reaching your goals and staying fit.

  • Aqua classes have a maximum capacity of 20 participants per class to accommodate social distancing.
  • Reservation needed to attend. Reserve your class time up to 48 hours in advance by calling the Fitness Center Member Services Desk at 985-493-4950.
