An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely

COME ON IN!  THE WATER IS FINE! This aqua class will build cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility.  It is easy on the joints and suitable for every age and fitness level.  You will have fun reaching your goals and staying fit.
