Halloween Hustle 2023 Virtual 5k

It’s that time of year again!

Time to get your spooky on and join us for the Halloween Hustle Virtual 5k. This year, we’re making it even more fun with costume prizes and a race medal for the first 100 people to finish.

How to participate.

To participate, simply complete a 5k walk or run during Halloween weekend October 28 – 31. You can walk or run on a treadmill, track, trail, or even your own neighborhood. After your 5k is complete, submit proof of completion to Thibodaux Regional Fitness Center by November 1, 2023.

How to submit proof of completion:

• Take a screenshot of your route and your Halloween costume.
• Email the screenshot and photos to the Fitness department.
• Be sure to include your name and contact information in the email.

Get ready to hustle.

The Halloween Hustle Virtual 5K is a great way to get into the Halloween spirit and get some exercise at the same time. If you’re new to walking for exercise or if you haven’t run in a while, don’t worry. The Halloween Hustle Virtual 5K is a great way to start. Just start slowly and gradually increase your mileage each day. Listen to your body and take breaks when you need them. Eat a healthy diet and stay hydrated. And remember, the most important thing is to have fun! So dress up in your favorite costume and get ready to hustle!
