This exciting program will feature a combination of HIIT training, circuit training with weights, and intense cardio. New and exciting, this program is the first to offer services with a Sports & Fitness Dietitian to ensure you meet your goals.
This will keep the body in a shocked state, which will rev-up metabolism and help develop lean muscle. This program is suitable for anyone trying to revamp your existing routine.

Participants share a common bond in a socially supportive environment during this Parkinson’s Exercise Program. Goals include improving mobility and coordination, boosting mood, reducing stiffness, soreness, and fatigue through exercise while slowing the progression of Parkinson’s disease. Let’s start early to positively improve gait, balance, functional mobility and fine motor skills.

Teen Fit is a program for individuals between the ages of 12 and 15 years of age. Every new participant will go through a 1-hour orientation led by a certified and degreed Personal Trainer who will instruct each child about the fundamentals of exercise.Teen FIT includes:
