Begin your fitness journey or maintain your WellFit results. Kickstart provides a comprehensive program to help you adopt a healthier lifestyle. We assist you in setting fitness goals to keep you on track throughout your journey. Our expert fitness trainers will safely and efficiently guide your exercise routine in our Fitness Center. Alongside two weekly supervised workout sessions, we also offer homework to empower you to maintain a healthy lifestyle independently.

Strong and Fit Senior Fitness Class

Experience the joy of staying active and living life to the fullest in a supportive and friendly environment. Our class includes gentle cardio, strength training, and flexibility and balance exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels, this program helps you stay strong, fit, and independant.
