Pedaling for Parkinson’s |
Stationary bicycle pedaling therapy at a high pace. Combines rhythmic pedaling with support to help improve motor function.
Strength and Balance |
Strengthen your way to a more balanced body! Increase strength and range of motion. Plus, improve coordination and posture with a variety of equipment, such as light weights and bands.
Yoga for Parkinson’s |
Practice gentle movements accompanied by proper breathing to achieve increased mobility, flexibility, strength and well-being.
*Registration is required to attend classes and a physician’s approval form is required. An electronic Health History Questionnaire must be completed in person for first-time registration and on a yearly basis.

Teen Fit is a program for individuals between the ages of 12 and 15 years of age. Every new participant will go through a 1-hour orientation led by a certified and degreed Personal Trainer who will instruct each child about the fundamentals of exercise.Teen FIT includes:
At the completion of the program, your child will be allowed to workout in the fitness area without parental supervision.

Group Personal Training |
Exercising during pregnancy can improve your physical and mental well-being. Learn how to safely modify and effectively exercise with 4 weeks of group personal training. This class will promote healthy weight gain, improve your overall general fitness, boost energy, and improve your mood throughout your pregnancy.
FitBumps (Yoga Prenatal) |
Designed for prenatal women, yoga can help prepare you physically, mentally and emotionally for giving birth and becoming a mother. Moms-to-be are led through a wide range of poses adapted for the ever-changing pregnant body, preparing you for labor while alleviating some of the associated discomforts of pregnancy.
FitBumps (AQUA) |
Water reduces the usual stress on your muscles and body while supporting the baby’s weight. The pool is where a pregnant woman wants to be! This fun aqua workout will tone your body by using the water for resistance training. Additional benefits: you’re weightless when you’re in the water and water workouts help reduce swelling!
