Child Care

The Thibodaux Regional Fitness Center child care area is specifically designed for members’ children ages 6 months through 11 years old for a maximum of two hours per day. Our activities are designed to teach and entertain while adding a personal touch for the children with themed weekly craft projects. Programs include arts and crafts, music and movement, games, gym activities and special events. The curriculum promotes physical fitness, social interaction, creative expression and fun in a safe and positive environment.

You will be able to enjoy your workout and relax knowing your children are being well taken care of by our qualified and professional staff. They are CPR-certified and provide attentive, interactive care for your child in a familiar, clean and safe environment.

Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday: 8 am – 1 pm & 3 pm – 7:30 pm
Saturday: 8 am – 12:30 pm
Sunday: Closed
