FitMama allows women to stay healthy during pregnancy by offering low-impact workouts, designed to increase flexibility, strength and cardiovascular fitness. This series is the greatest gift you can give to you and your baby, it will strengthen your mind and body to prepare you for birth. Physician referral required for program entry. Postnatal assessment and reassessment included.

FitBumps (Circuit) |
Exercising during pregnancy can improve your physical and mental well-being. Learn how to safely and effectively exercise with the guidance of a personal trainer. This class restores muscle strength, improves cardiovascular fitness, conditions abdominal muscles, boosts energy levels, improves mood and relieves stress.
FitBumps (Aqua) |
Water reduces the usual stress on your muscles and body while supporting the baby’s weight. The pool is where a pregnant woman wants to be! This fun aqua workout will tone your body by using the water for resistance training. Additional benefits: you’re weightless when you’re in the water and water workouts help reduce swelling!
Our postpartum fitness class is designed to help you ease back into movement after giving birth. This class is for all fitness levels, and we will focus on restoring alignment and posture, promoting core recovery, and healing your body as a whole.
Duration: 4 weeks (8 sessions, 2 sessions per week)
Days: Monday and Wednesday
Dates: Feb 5 – Feb 28
Time: 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
*Max number of participants is 10. All participants must complete a physician consent form and be at least 12 weeks postpartum. Refunds will not be issued*
