FitMama allows women to stay healthy during pregnancy by offering low-impact workouts, designed to increase flexibility, strength and cardiovascular fitness. This series is the greatest gift you can give to you and your baby, it will strengthen your mind and body to prepare you for birth. Physician referral required for program entry. Postnatal assessment and reassessment included.

Group Personal Training | Mondays 5-6pm
Exercising during pregnancy can improve your physical and mental well-being. Learn how to safely modify and effectively exercise with 4 weeks of group personal training. This class will promote healthy weight gain, improve your overall general fitness, boost energy, and improve your mood throughout your pregnancy.
FitBumps (Yoga Prenatal) | Tuesdays 10:45-11:45am
Designed for prenatal women, yoga can help prepare you physically, mentally and emotionally for giving birth and becoming a mother. Moms-to-be are led through a wide range of poses adapted for
the ever-changing pregnant body, preparing you for labor while alleviating some of the associated discomforts of pregnancy.
FitBumps (AQUA) | Fridays 5:30-6:30pm
Water reduces the usual stress on your muscles and body while supporting the baby’s weight. The pool is where a pregnant woman wants to be! This fun aqua workout will tone your body by using the water for resistance training. Additional benefits: you’re weightless when you’re in the water and water workouts help reduce swelling!
