AQUA CORE

Exercise Pool

Aqua Core is a low impact class that uses the gentle resistance of the water and a variety of exercise equipment to strengthen your entire core. All levels invited.

HYDROFIT

Exercise Pool

This medium intensity aqua workout includes cardio, toning, and stretching using a variety of pool equipment. Build strength and increase your cardiovascular fitness with little impact!
