An event every week that begins at 8:30am on Monday and Friday, repeating indefinitely

A total body workout class using light to moderate weights that will help you get lean, toned and fit – fast.  Moves and techniques will be coached through motivational instructors and amazing music.  All levels welcomed. Please arrive early to setup your station.
