An event every week that begins at 5:00am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely

A total body workout using light to moderate weights that will help you get lean, toned and fit – fast. Moves and techniques will be coached through motivational instructors and amazing music. All levels welcomed.  Please arrive early to set up your station.
