Join us for American Heart Month at Thibodaux Regional Fitness Center. Join the Center in February for activities that will encourage and motivate you to adopt heart-healthy behaviors. Our hearts are healthier together!

• February 5, 12, 19 and 26 Complimentary glucose and blood pressure screenings 8 am – 10 am
• February 5 Dance with Heart Zumba® class at 7 pm
• February 5 Lilli Rozanski, Sports & Fitness Dietitian—Heart Healthy Snacks and Recipes at 9:30 am – 11 am
• February 6 Dance with Heart Zumba® class at 12 pm
• February 7 We invite members to WEAR RED for heart disease awareness!
• February 10 Relax your heart with Yoga at 6 am, 9:30 am and 7 pm
• February 10 or 17 Join Fitness Specialist A’layah for Move it Mondays at 11 am
• February 14 Relax your heart with chair massages throughout the day
• February 14 Valentine Partner Workout with Christina at 9 am and A’layah at 3:30 pm
• February 15 Heart to Heart presentation with Lilli Rozanski, Sports & Fitness Dietitian and Matthew, Personal Trainer at 9 am (Education Auditorium)
• February 19 #OurHearts are healthier with LES MILLS™ BODYATTACK™ at 5:30 pm
• February 26 Lilli Rozanski, Sports & Fitness Dietitian—Heart Healthy Snacks and Recipes at 4:30 – 6 pm
