Thanksgiving is a time to gather with family and friends, enjoy your favorite foods and make lasting memories. With a few simple, mindful choices, you can enjoy the holiday feast while still feeling your best.
Thanksgiving meals often feature rich, comforting dishes, but there’s plenty of room for nutritious options too. Consider adding fiber-rich vegetables, such as Brussels sprouts, to your plate alongside your holiday favorites.
