This low-impact, aqua-based workout combines cardio bursts, resistance exercises, and playful movements set to upbeat music. The water provides natural resistance, helping build strength and endurance while remaining gentle on the joints. Each session is designed to boost your mood, keep the energy high, and make exercising feel more like dancing than a traditional workout. Splashtastic is suitable for a variety of fitness levels.
One of the most enjoyable aspects of Splashtastic is how it can make working out feel approachable rather than intimidating. The combination of music, movement, and water creates an atmosphere that is both motivating and refreshing. As one participant, Lenez, shared, “Coral is very enthusiastic and makes the class a lot fun! I also like the music that we work out to.”
Splashtastic is led by Coral, whose positive energy shines through every session. She brings enthusiasm, creativity, and encouragement to each class, helping participants feel confident and supported in the water. In addition to teaching, Coral is also a valued team member of our Guest Services team. Her dedication to creating a clean, welcoming environment carries over into her classes, where she ensures everyone feels comfortable, included, and ready to have fun. Coral revealed how teaching these sessions impacts her, “I love teaching Splashtastic because I get to see the smiles on members’ faces. I especially enjoy when they tell me they are having so much fun that they didn’t even notice the time. It’s rewarding to see them having a good time while exercising; I know I am having fun too!”
